The treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia with all-trans retinoic acid resulting in scrotal ulceration:a report of 2 cases

Here report two cases of scrotal ulceration followed the treatment with all-trans retinoic acid for acute promyelo-cytic leukemia.These two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia had scrotal ulceration19days and10days after treated with all-trans retinoic acid respectively.The ulceration was healed in both cases after stopping the use of all-trans retinoic acid and daily dressing change.
