Effect of Glucose Solution on Embryo Development of Zebrafish

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of a suitable concentration of glucose solution on embryo development of zebrafish.[Method] Zebrafish embryos were developed in different concentration of glucose solutions.The effect on embryo development was studied.[Result] Larvae hatched from these treated embryos in certain concentrations showed normal morphology and swimming behavior.Especially in 1.5% glucose,the hatching time of fish embryos significantly decreased.[Conclusion] Suitable concentrations of glucose solutions significantly accelerated zebrafish embryo development.
