Objective To explore applications of intravenous catheter needle 3 different built-in back light control methods in the venipuncture to improve success rates and reduce patient needle pain. Methods A random selection of emergency department patients 300 cases of venous indwelling needle puncture, using three separate catheter method,100 subjects in each group, the first method of group A for conventional puncture, second kind of methods for group B used for clinical improvement after the puncture method, third kind of methods for the study of improved C group puncture method.Comparison of three catheter methods first puncture success rate and patient pain was conducted. Results C group and A group of one time puncture success rate comparison,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the C group and B group the first successful rate comparison,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the A group and B group the first successful rate comparison,P0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Third method for C group of first puncture success rate was the highest;three groups of different catheter in patients with puncture method comparison of pain levels, with significant differences,C group and slight pain in the patients with painless number. Conclusion Use the third method to improve the catheterization method can improve the success rate vein puncture for the first time, and alleviate the patient’s pain.
