Processing Optimization of Polyaniline/Graphene Conductive Composites by In-Situ Polymerization

Electrical conductivity Polyaniline/Graphene composites were synthesised by in situ polymerization with HCl as doping acid,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVPK90)as space of stabilizers in the ammonium persulfate(APS)oxidation system.For this method we obtained high conductivity Polyaniline/Graphene composites,and the morphology of polyaniline was neat.The results show that when the content of graphene was 7%,the conductivity improved two orders of magnitude than pure polyaniline.Moreover,we optimized the preparation technology of Polyaniline/Graphene composites,improved the conductivity of the composites significantly,at the same time simplified the processing technology and greatly improved the productivity.
