Effects of Temperature of Chemical Bath Deposition on the Properties of Cd S Thin Films

Cd S thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition at different temperature,and the effect of temperature of chemical bath deposition on the property of the Cd S thin film and CIGS solar cell were researched,respectively. The results show that the compactness,transmittance,ratio S to Cd and thickness of the film prepared at different temperature were different. The high compactness and transmittance Cd S thin film prepared at 65-85℃ was especially suitable for the buffer of CIGS solar cell.The effect of thickness of the Cd S buffer on the property of CIGS solar cell was significant,CIGS solar cell with thinner Cd S buffer would absorb more 400-500 nm light,then Isc of CIGS solar cell would be developed.
