Airfoil is a streamlined body, when placed in a fluid flow exhibits aerodynamic characteristics. Inthe present study, aerodynamic characteristics such as lift, drag, velocity magnitude and pressure distributionaround the surface of NACA 0015 airfoil are determined by both experimental and simulation analysis.Experimental analysis was conducted at a velocity of 31 m/s for different angles of attack. For simulationanalysis CFD- Fluent, k –epsilon turbulence model were used. Further, experimental results were comparedwith the simulation analysis. Coefficient of lift and pressure distribution from simulation showed goodsimilarities with the experimental results.
