Quantitative Image Analysis of Multiphoton Microscopy in the Application to Brain Imaging

Quantitative image analysis methods were developed. A combination of multiphoton microscopy and image analysis methods established a visualized approach for identification of brain structure and boundary between normal and cancerous tissues.
