摘要
Abstract Three solid state reaction routes for synthesis of Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 were studied. It was found that Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 can be derived from BaCO3, Mg5(CO3)4(OH)24H2O, and Ta2O5 at relatively low temperature comparing with the other two routes. The mechanism of formation of Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 from BaCO3, Mg5(CO3)4(OH)24H2O, and Ta2O5 was discussed. The dielectric constant and loss factor of the synthesized Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 at various microwave frequencies were measured
