摘要
Recently, the organic–inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskite solar cells (pero-SCs) represent the currently most studied photovoltaic technologies and have reached a certified power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.2%. However, the issue on instability upon high temperature creates the bottleneck for commercialization of the hybrid pero-SCs. Fully replacing fragile organic composition with cesium can effectively improve the thermal stability of the resultant all-inorganic pero-SCs. Intensive investigation has been carried out in recent years to improve photovoltaic performance of the all-inorganic pero-SCs, which results in a big PCE breakthrough to 18.4% as well as enhanced stability. In this chapter, the recent advances of the all-inorganic pero-SCs are summarized and discussed for their performance boost in the devices according to the perovskite compositions. Conclusions of this field are presented in the end of this chapter.
