Simultaneous Achievement of High Performance and Low Sintering Temperature in Ultra-high Curie Temperature La2Ti2O7 Ceramics by V2O5 Additive

This study uses V 2 O 5 as a sintering aid for La 2 Ti 2 O 7 ceramics, lowering the sintering temperature, increasing density and resistivity, enhancing piezoelectric performance and maintaining thermal stability.
