Application of Computer in Fault Diagnosis of Hydraulic System

The paper analyzed the characteristics and the mechanism of fault diagnosis in the hydraulic system,and the traditional way and method of fault diagnosis.Based on cubage efficiency and fault rate of hydraulic system,the paper utilized computers to process values that have been measured by the hydraulic system.By comparing measurements with standard values,and then combining with other parameter,faults were analyzed,forecasted and diagnosed.The accuracy of this detection is between simple diagnosis and precise diagnosis for the method.Under the poor economic situation,without any increase or less increase of the testing components and equipments,some part of actual problems can be solved by this method.
