Design and Performance of Hydraulic System for Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle

Based on power flow of hydraulic system for hydraulic hybrid vehicle,evaluating indexes are provided for the design of hydraulic system.Combined with power performance of vehicle and 15-mode test cycle,key parts of hydraulic system are analyzed,parameters selection and matching of bidirectional variable-displacement motor,hydraulic pump and accumulator are studied.Computer simulation is implemented on particular vehicle.The refit and experiments are implemented on prototype vehicle.The conclusions gained could be a guideline for the design of hydraulic system for hydraulic hybrid vehicles.
