Experimental Investigation on Pressure Falling Method Measuring the Borehole's Influence Radius

The borehole's influence radius is an important pursuant on selecting the drainage method and the borehole's layout Parameters,evaluating the drainage effect,so it has an important significant on the coal mines' gas drainage.The pressure falling method is an effective means.In this paper,we have studied the fundamental of the pressure falling method and used this method in the Yuecheng coal mine,the test effect indicated that the pressure falling method is an effective means,furthermore,we made sure that the influence radius about the drainage borehole is 3m when the drainage borehole's diameter is 94mm and after fourteen days drainage,thus it provides a guarantee for the gas drainage and gas accident prevention work.
