In the Research Article e7017206, Long Chen, Ming-Shui Yao, and co-workers report the real-time differentiation of H2O and D2O transport within confined spaces using oriented π-conjugated conductive metal–organic framework thin films. Proton-electron-coupled conduction converts surface hydration, confined redistribution, and guest-framework reorganization into multistage electrical signatures that reveal asymmetric isotope-displacement behaviour.
