DEVELOPMENT OF LABVIEW BASED FM RADAR SIMULATOR

The Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar can be used in a variety of systems. This study provides an overview for the FMCW implementation utilising LabVIEW communication along with the system architecture and implementation details, including the de-sign of the signal generator, target model, and signal processor. By using the propagation delay and the Doppler frequency, the FMCW systems modulate the frequency at the source to mea-sure the target's distance and the object's veloc-ity. The implementation on LabVIEW allows us to find the distance and velocity of the reflected objects.
