摘要
Introduction: Under the multiple pressures of study, employment and social interaction, the psychological anxiety of contemporary college students has become increasingly prominent, so it is very important to find effective ways to relieve it. As a new way of cultural experience, immersive digital museum viewing experience integrates advanced digital technology and rich cultural resources, and provides a new perspective for exploring psychological anxiety relief therapy. Therefore, this study will deeply explore the specific therapeutic effect of immersive digital museum viewing experience mode on relieving psychological anxiety of college students, hoping to help the interdisciplinary application of digital technology in the field of mental health. Methods: A total of 200 college students with different degrees of psychological anxiety were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 people in each group. The control group received no additional intervention and only maintained the state of daily learning and life. The experimental group participated in an immersive digital museum viewing experience twice a week for 1.5 hours each time for 8 weeks. Experience activities select digital museum resources covering history, art, nature and other fields, and use virtual reality, augmented reality and other technologies to create an immersive environment. Before and after the experiment, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) was used to assess the two groups of students to quantify their degree of psychological anxiety. At the same time, the feedback of the experimental group students on the immersive digital museum viewing experience was collected through a questionnaire survey. Results: The average scores of STAI state anxiety and trait anxiety in the experimental group were 43.5±3.6 and 38.8±3.3, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.001), and the effective rate of anxiety relief was much higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: The immersive digital museum viewing experience mode has a significant effect on relieving the psychological anxiety of college students, and can effectively reduce the level of state anxiety and trait anxiety of college students. By providing immersive cultural experience, this model allows students to relax and divert their attention in the virtual cultural world, thereby improving psychological anxiety. This provides an innovative and effective intervention means for mental health education in colleges and universities, and it is suggested to further promote its application and combine with other mental health promotion measures to comprehensively improve the mental health level of college students.
