Synthesis of mesoporous and super-microporous silica monolith in ionic liquid

A method used to synthesize mesoporous or super-microporous silica monolith in imidazole-type ionic liquids was developed.Effective control over textural parameters of the materials was realized upon the change of synthesis conditions,such as HCl concentration,HCl amount and precursor amount.
