摘要
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Przewalskia tangutica Maxim. Methods The compounds w ere isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC chromatography and structures w ere established by ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,1H-1HCOSY,HMQC and HMBC spectroscopic studies. Results Sixteen compounds w ere isolated from the CHCl3extract and EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of P. tangutica Maxim.,and their structures w ere identified as hyoscyamine (1),anisodamine (2),hyoscine (3),3α-tropanyl-dl-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionate (4),tropine (5),thymine (6),cytidine (7),inosine (8),p-hydroxylbezoic acid (9),vanillic acid (10),E-cinnamic acid (11),E-pmethoxycinnamic acid( 12),tropic aci (13),solavetivone (14),scopoletin (15) and ursolic acid (16),respectively. Conclusions Compound 4 is a new natural product,compounds 6-14 and 16 are isolated from the genus Przewalskia for the first time.
