Industrial Application of 50000Nm~3/h Pressure Swing Adsorption Separation Hydrogen-making Technology

The current situation of pressure swing adsorption(PSA) and possibility and availability of its development were analyzed,and the working principal of adsorption and pressure swing adsorption(PSA) was pointed out.The process diagram and technology characteristic of 50000Nm3/h Pressure Swing Adsorption Separation Hydrogen-making production unit were described.Through analyzing and researching the precommission and production process,hydrogen recovery relation formula was concluded,and all kinds of key parameter that affected hydrogen recovery were analyzed.
