The Influence on Cytokines of Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis Treated by Qin Ying Soup Combined with Somatostastin

To study the effects of Qin Ying soup therpy on IL 2 system and IL 6,IL 8,IL 10 in patients with severe acute pancreatitis IL 2,IL 2R and sIL 2R levels of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in serum were detected by ELISA methods IL 2,IL 2R levels were increased markedly and IL 6,IL 8,IL 10 sIL 2R levels were decreased after one week treated by Qin Ying soup group;IL 2 and IL 2R levels were decreased variously,sIL 2R levels no change in intravenous infusion group IL 2,IL 2R and sIL 2R levels of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were obviously different in early oral Qin Ying soup Therefore early Qin Ying soup therapy was helpful to restore the immuno regulatory function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and provided some experimental evidence of their early Qin Ying soup thearpy.
