The latest research progress of human GLP-1 analogues liraglutide

The novel drug class of Glucagon-like peptide-1 ( GLP-1 ) analogue is extremely promising,since they can address many of the unmet needs of diabetes treatment. This article summarized physiological action of GLP-1 and delayed mechanisms of long-acting human GLP-1 analogue liraglutide.
