摘要
Effects of exogenous spermdine(Spd) on growth, the soluble protein content and expression was conducted with salinity-sensitive cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) cultivar 'Jinchun No.2' by hydroponic culture. Results showed that exogenous Spd significantly increased the growth and the content of soluble protein under 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress.Compared with the control, exogenous Spd was not significantly different to growth indexes, but significantly affected soluble protein content in roots.Seven proteins changed obviously at least, such as 67,61.5,50,47,43,29 and 16 kD protein. In comparion with salt stress, exogenous Spd could decrease significantly the expression of 61.5,47 and 43 kD proteins, and 50 kD protein could not be detected.Exogenous Spd significantly alleviated the injury to seedlings, increased the content of soluble protein and decreased the expression of partial proteins. Therefore,it was possible that these proteins have relations with exogenous Spd alleviating the effect of salt stress in cucumber seedlings.
