The Chinese textile industry is labor-intensive.It has comparative advantage,but it lacks competitive advantage.Now it faces a new situation: the appreciation of RMB and the deterioration of the international export environment.According to the theory of comparative advantage,competitive advantage and SWOT analysis,the paper searches for the methods that can make the textile industry translate from comparative advantage to competitive advantage.
