Development of QZS45 Automotive Drive Axle Performance On-line Test System

In view of current backward situation in performance test on the assembling process of automotive drive axle,this paper introduced QZS45 automotive drive axle performance on-line test system.The system adopted the soundless-room and transformed variable-frequency motor.The signals of torque,speed,temperature and noise were linked to the computer by means of sensors.The system achieved in testing the brake and fatigue performance based on computer control and design of hardware and software.The system has functions of automatic-collecting,automatic-judging and gathering together and can satisfy all kinds of demand in performance test on process of assembly.
