Discussion on the public participation in EIA

The influencing factors which affected the public participation were discussed.The methods to enhancement the public participation in Environmental Impact Appraisal were proposed,which included the environmental protection propaganda and the public participation sense should be strengthened,the EIA professional criterion should be improved.The people and time of the public participation were very important.The step of the public participation should be designed reasonably.
