Political Ethics or Ethical Politics——Comment on Chinese Traditional Rule of Virtue

Both concepts of political ethics and ethical politics are different. The rule of virtue based on confuciam and taking political ethics such as mercy,gift meaning,filial piety loyalty,justice,taking folk as root as main contents is a kind of ethical politics in effect, in addition, its mass foundation is fragile, regarding morals contain by oneself as the mainly realizing way, so it can not escape the destine of fall finally, can not make the traditional politics of our country move towards standardizing and modernizing rude.
