Structural Design and Numerical Simulation of Inner Flow Field for Cyclone Dust Collector

The structure and features of cyclone dust collector were introduced in this article.By using hydrodynamic finite element analysis software,the numerical simulation for the inner flow field in this machine was carried out.The flow state,pressure and velocity distributions of coal gas in cyclone separator were obtained.And based on the calculation results,the structural design was analyzed and discussed.
