Treatment of Poly-Containing Wastewater in Oilfield

With the increasing of poly-containing wastewater amount,more and more technologies of polyacrylamide degradation including mechanical degradation,chemical degradation,thermal degradation and biodegradation,have been applied to treat poly-containing wastewater in oilfield.Biodegradation technology is mature without secondary pollution.Use of high efficient polyacrylamide polymer degrading strain will be an effective method to treat poly-containing wastewater.This paper introduced techniques of polyacrylamide degradation and immobilization,emphasisly introduced the superiority of biodegradation technology,and summarized developmental trend of biodegradation at the same time.
