On the Main Questions of the Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

The protection of intangible cultural heritage is a hot topic attracting the attentions from home and abroad.However,there are some confusing views existing in both legislation practice and theory research.This paper starts from the concept and range of intangible cultural heritage,clarifies the relationship between the traditional knowledge and the intangible cultural heritage,and analyzes the subjects and types of rights within intangible cultural heritage.Furthermore,it pays much emphasis on discussing the content of special protection of intangible cultural heritage.
