Environment friendly waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by polyether glycol,isophorone diiscocyanate(IPDI),and 2,2-dimethyopropionic acid(DMPA) and so on as monomers by prepolymerization and closed on without sovlents.The influences of ratio NNCO/N OH(R value) on the coat of polyurethane emulsion were studied when the amount of DMPA was constant.The application in frabric-treating was studied and the equitable process parameters were defined.
