This study compared mycelium growth, fruitbody growth and polysaccharide contents of 10 Ganoderma lucidum strains cultivated with tea cutting. The results showed that the mycelium growth speed of the strain Hanzhi 8 was the highest, being 0.32 cm·d-1.Average biological conversion of the strain G10033 was the highest, being 5.94%.The polysaccharide content of the strain 0786 was the highest, being 1.45%.After a comprehensive comparative analysis, the strains of Hanzhi 8,G10033 and 0786 were considered to be suitable for cultivation with tea cutting as substract.
