摘要
An undescribed cladosporol derivative named cladosporine (1), together with eight known compounds (2-9) were characterised from Cladosporium colombiae GTJ67, an endophytic fungus from Aconitum hemsleyanum. Their structures were established by detailed analysis of the spectroscopic data, HRESIMS, NMR calculations with DP4+ probability analyses and ECD spectra. Compounds 3 and 5 exhibited inhibitory activity against Candida albicans with MIC values of 1 μg/mL and 4 μg/mL respectively, and compound 6 exhibited inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus with MIC value of 4 μg/mL.
