摘要
CXCL16 is a membrane-bound chemokine that has functions of scavenger receptor and anti-microbial in addition to chemotaxis.Psoriasis is a gene related skin disease in which immunoregulatory abnormality mediated by T cells and dendritic cells gene related.Epidermal keratinocytes in patients with psoriasis show excessive proliferation, abnormal differentiation, and impaired barrier function.Studies and analysis have shown that the expression of chemokine CXCL16 in psoriatic lesions was significantly higher than that of normal skin.Psoriatic lesions are characterized by The infiltration of a variety of inflammatory cells, in which neutrophils, dendritic cells, macrophages, and T cells are the major infiltrating cells. The migration of inflammatory cells is finely regulated by a complex network of chemokines.CXCL16 receptor, CXCR6 is not only present on CD8+ T cells but also found in peripheral blood polarized type 1 CD4+ T cells, γδ T cells, natural killer cells (NK), natural killer T cells (NKTs), monocytes, and neutrophils et al.There mainly reviewed the expression and distribution of CXCL16 in psoriasis lesions, and its influence on the main infiltrating cells in psoriatic lesions, and further speculated its relationship with the occurrence and development of psoriasis.
