A facile aptamer immobilization strategy to fabricate a robust affinity monolith for highly specific in-tube solid-phase microextraction

An ultra-high density aptamer immobilization of up to 8600 pmol μL −1 was achieved via a simple adsorption strategy, and excellent specific recognition and anti-cross reactivity in IT-SPME were realized.
