摘要
The demand for sustainable agriculture has driven the development of pesticides with reduced environmental impact, enhanced selectivity for target organisms, and minimized toxicity to nontarget organisms. Pyrazole amide derivatives, featuring a pyrazole ring and an amide group, have gained growing attention for their outstanding biological activities. These derivatives demonstrate great potential as crop protection agents, with many being designed to meet the need for more effective and specific pesticides. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the progress made in the development of pyrazole amide derivatives, focusing on their roles as fungicides, insecticides, nematicides, acaricides, herbicides, and antiviral agents based on structure-activity relationships (SARs) and mechanisms of action. The evolving trends in the development of pyrazole amides and the promising directions for their future applications are also discussed, aiming to offer insights into novel pyrazole amide derivatives and their potential for crop protection and sustainable pest management.
