摘要
This paper focuses mainly on the performance comparison of different controllers for the Single Active Bridge based Solid State Transformer in the wind energy integration system. With less number of control switches and simple construction, the proposed system achieves voltage regulation under varying wind and load conditions. The PI, PID and fuzzy logic controllers are implemented for the high frequency transformer based DC-DC converter to achieve phase shift control. The results are compared, verified and analyzed using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform.
