摘要
In this study, a donor acceptor type molecule based on quinacridone (QA) and diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) was synthesized. Through the grafting of DPP-QA molecule on the surface of ZnO nanorod, hybrid nanoconnposite DPP-QA/ZnO was obtained. The fluorescence of DPP-QA was significantly quenched in the hybrid DPP-QA/ZnO nanocomposite. The properties of photoinduced electron transfer in the studied system were investigated by time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy in the visible region. It was found that the electron transfer (ET) time constant in the hybrid system is 1.0 x 109 s(-1) and the quantum yield for ET is 75%. It provides a model system to understand the role of inorganic semicon ductors in the organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectrical and photovoltaic devices.
