摘要
The triboelectric layer is a key component affecting the performance of a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG). Herein, a TENG with a triboelectric layer possessing a fluorinated-anodic-alumina-nanopores structure was prepared. The nanopores structure can increase the contact area and thus increase the triboelectric output. The fluorination treatment further increased the output. The current output of this TENG is 10.4 µA, while that of the TENG with a pristine-aluminum-based triboelectric layer is 3.7 µA. The ability of the low-surface-energy compounds loaded in the alumina nanopores to migrate to the surface leads to a triboelectrification self-healing property. In addition to supplying energy such as lighting, the electrical energy collected with TENG can also be used to protect carbon steel against corrosion through self-powered cathodic protection.
