A DNAzyme-induced disposable strip biosensor for visual detection of trace levels of UO 2 2+ in remote areas

A strip biosensor was constructed for UO₂²⁺ detection based on DNAzyme-mediated cleavage and AuNP aggregation, achieving a low detection limit of 160 pM. With a visual mode, high sensitivity, and excellent specificity, our sensor enables on-site detection of UO₂²⁺ in remote areas.
