摘要
1H and 1T′ phases of WS 2 monolayers were studied using AFM. The 1H phase shows higher friction (∼52%) than the 1T′ phase. Notably, friction of 1H phase was reduced to friction measured on 1T′ phase due to the lateral strain induced by sliding AFM tip.
