External Chinese medicine treatment for skin injury of patients in radiotherapy

At present, many kinds of intervention and treatment methods for RD have been discussed, but there is still no set of RD prevention standard scheme in clinical practice. To explore the clinical efficacy of RD patients treated with external Chinese medicine. The trial was conducted by randomized control method. After 6 weeks and the end of radiotherapy, the number of skin defect cases and the rate of skin defect in the drug group were lower than those in the blank group. The three dimensions, total score and ECOG score of RD shindex in the drug group were lower than those in the blank group at 3, 4 and after treatment. The number of patients with symptom burden in the drug group was lower than that in the blank group at 1, 3 and 4 weeks after radiotherapy. None of the personnel in the drug group had adverse events related to drug use. The overall incidence of fever, radiation pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infection, bone marrow suppression and radiation oral mucositis in the drug group and the control group were 75.00% and 83.33% respectively. RD patients treated with external Chinese medicine can prolong the time of skin damage and reduce the incidence of skin damage, and reduce the skin pain, burning sensation and mood of patients. In addition, it will not affect the quality of life of patients and has high-safety.
