D-dimensional nondestructive teleportation based on non-maximally entangled channel

Quantum teleportation aims to transfer an unknown quantum state between two remote parties who share an entangled pair in advance. We propose a quantum teleportation scheme for realizing d-dimensional point-to-point quantum teleportation without information loss based on non-maximally entangled Bell pairs. Compared with generalized probabilistic teleportation scheme, our scheme offers the chance to preserve the unknown quantum state if teleportation fails. In addition, our nondestructive teleportation scheme can reduce the communication delay on account of the fact that the information transmission and channel modulation can be performed simultaneously.
