摘要
A new monoterpene, 2',6'-di-O-galloylalbiflorin (1), along with four known analogues (2-5), was isolated from an aqueous extract of Paeonia lactiflora roots. The structural elucidation of these compounds was achieved through the application of key spectroscopic approaches, specifically HR-ESIMS and 1D/2D NMR. Their inhibitory effects on intestinal lipid accumulation were evaluated at 10 μM using Caenorhabditis elegans as an in vivo screening model. Among the tested compounds, 3 and 5 displayed the most significant activity in attenuating lipid deposition.
