This repository contains polygenic score weight files generated for the study “All of Us diversity and scale yield context-dependent improvements in polygenic prediction.” The deposited files include posterior SNP effect estimates from PRS-CS for several quantitative and disease traits, organized by phenotype and discovery GWAS.
