摘要
This paper designs a motor closed-loop speed control system based on STM32 microcontroller and FOC algorithm. The system consists of microprocessor and motor drive module, Hall sensor module, human-machine interaction module and voltage and current acquisition module, etc. The STM32F407IGT6 chip with Cortex-M3 as the core is used as the processor, and LCD display and buttons are used to realize human-machine interaction. In the hardware, the circuit is designed with STM32 as the core. The rotating state of the motor is converted into pulse signal by Hall sensor and transmitted to STM32 for processing to get the position information of the motor rotor, and the three-phase current of the motor is obtained by sampling the ADC of STM32. The Clarke transform model, Park transform model, and inverse Park transform model are planned in the software, and the BAS algorithm is introduced to optimize the FOC vector control.
