摘要
The thermo oxidative stability of peroxide prevulcanzed latex(PPVL) film with different crosslink level and different vulcanization process was studied by using thermogravimetry (TG) derivative thermogravimetry(DIG)and detrivative thermagravimetric analysis(DTA) . The results show that the thermo oxidative stability relates to the crosslink level. When the crosslink level is low (the swelling index is high),the initial degradation temperature is high, while the crosslink level is high(the swelling index is low), the initial degradation temperature is low. Different vulcanization process has a certain effect on the thermo oxidative stability of PPVL film. The tendency of the initial degradation temperature and DTG peak temperature shows the inverse relation with that of the initial exothermal temperature and the first exothermal peak temperature.
