Research Progress in the Pretreatment of Hydrolysis of Polysaccharides

Polysaccharide is one of the basic materials of lives,determining composition of monosaccharide is the main indicator of polysaccharide quality.In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the research on the hydrolysis enhancement of polysaccharide.At present,there are several pretreatment methods of acid hydrolysis such as acid hydrolysis directly,microwave pretreatment,ultrasonic pretreatment,and ionic liquid pretreatment.It indicates the extensive foreground of research and development on acid hydrolysis of polysaccharides.
