Effects of the Feed with Corn Gluten Meal Partial Replacement of Fish Meal on Anti-disease and Non-specific lmmunity of Litopenaeus vannamei

[Objective] The effect of the feed with corn gluten meal(CGM) partial replacement of fish meal on the anti-disease and immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei was experimented.[Method] The Litopenaeus vannamei was taken as experimental material,the protein source of feed(CK) was from fish meal,soybean cake,animal meat and peanut cake and the protein source of the experimental feed with same content of nitrogen and energy was with the CGM partially instead of fish meal(8.6%,17.2% and 25.8% of fish meal was replaced with 5%,10%,15% of CGM).The activity of SOD and LSZ of Litopenaeus vannamei after 45th day's feeding with corn gluten meal as a dietary protein was tested in its survival rate and immunity.[Results] The result indicated that the ability of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei in anti-disease was strengthened and the immunity was same(P0.05) with the increment of CGM.The activity of LSZ in hepatopancreas and muscle of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei was 3.96 and 2.69 U/mg prot;and the activity of SOD,10.95 and 11.49 NU/mg prot,respectively,which there was no significantly influence(P0.05) while CGM partial replacement of fish meal.[Conclusion] When CGM in the feed of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei being up to 15%(replacing 25.8% fish meal).There were no negative effects on anti-disease,SOD and LSZ activity of shrimp under these experimental conditions.
