摘要
The research and application of unicellular green microalgae in many fields of aquiculture,protection of environment,human health food and the production of biological active substances have been increased rapidly,however how to culture Chlorella sp with very high cell density to meet the need of every application field is a key project in the field of microalgal biotechnology.Here the research advances in the effective heterotrophic culture of Chlorella sp and the production of biological active substances are reviewed,and some promising research fields in Chlorella sp are prospected.
