Objective To compare the distribution differences of vagina Lactobacillus in patients with bacterial vaginosis,BV patients after antibiotic treatment and healthy women. Methods The vaginosis liquids of 124 women aged 19~65(including 40 cases with bacterial vaginosis and 23 cases treated with antibiotic) were isolated and analyzed to observe and count the bacteria. Results The rates and amount of Lactobacillus isolated from the vaginas of healthy women were significantly higher than that from women with bacterial vaginosis and those after being treated with antibiotic(P0.01).The predominant Lactobacillus colonizing in the vaginas of the healthy women were H2O2-positive Lactobacilli. The detection rate of H2O2-positive isolates in the vagina of healthy women was significantly higher than that of BV patients. Conclusion H2O2-positive Lactobacilli play an important role in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, and is sensitive to many antibiotics.
